COVID-19:An Update to Our Customers

At First Choice Home Builders & All Weathers Construction we have an unwavering commitment to safety and health precautions for our employees, team members, sub-contractors, and customers. In closely monitoring the threat of COVID-19 virus, we are carefully navigating this global issue.
In response to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local /national health official guidelines we are taking extra precautions within our office and our in-person visits and appointments to include warranty claim appointments and in office meetings.
With that said, we are taking the following measures regarding in-person visits to include:
- Frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing.
- Monitoring current customer warranty claims on a case-by-case basis to assess urgency and minimize social contact. While we thrive to provide excellent customer service and support, the protection and well-being of our customers, team members and communities we serve is our focus at this uncertain time.
- Limiting in-person contact by restricting unnecessary visitors to our office to include sub-contractors, vendors, and pre-sale meetings, in our effort to practice social distancing.
- Accommodating any requests to reschedule in-person appointments or in-office pre-sale meetings for the comfort of our customers and team members. Our vice president/project manager may conduct pre-sale meetings on site or via tele-conference. Please consult your real estate agent and/or our dedicated site sales agents in scheduling/communicating the necessary accommodations required for said meetings.
